Quality you can document.

Every batch runs through the same controlled process — from incoming raw materials to release — with the records and documents your importer and regulators ask for.

Made to cosmetic GMP.

Production follows cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice (ISO 22716 / GMPC): controlled premises, trained staff, documented procedures and traceable batches.

Controlled environment

Clean compounding and filling areas with hygiene and gowning procedures.

Documented procedures

Written procedures for production, cleaning, sampling and release.

Batch traceability

Raw-material lots, production and packing are linked in batch records.

Laboratory checks

Microbiology, physical and chemical parameters checked against specification.

Stability programme

Stability and packaging-compatibility checks for new formulas and packs.

Trained teams

Production and QC staff trained on GMP, hygiene and their procedures.

Six checkpoints per batch.

Images illustrate each stage. Ask which checks and data apply to your formula and batch.

Stage 1

Incoming materials

Raw materials and packaging are identified, sampled and released against specification before use.

Stage 2

Microbiology

Bulk and finished products are checked against microbiological limits for cosmetics.

Stage 3

Stability & compatibility

Formulas are stored under controlled conditions to check appearance, odour, pH and viscosity over time.

Stage 4

Fill & pack inspection

Fill weight, sealing, labelling, coding and appearance are inspected on the line.

Quality questions

Standards, documents, testing and what cosmetics can claim.

Which manufacturing standard do you follow?

Formulas are made to cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice (ISO 22716 / GMPC), with batch records for each production run.

Which documents can you supply?

MSDS per product, COA per batch on request and the full INCI ingredient list. Market-specific files such as EU CPNP notification support are discussed and confirmed for each order.

Do you test stability?

Stability and packaging-compatibility checks are part of ODM development and new packaging combinations. Ask which data is available for the formula you are considering.

Can a third-party lab test my products?

Yes. Many buyers arrange independent testing for their market. We can supply retained samples and the documents your lab needs.

Are your products medicines?

No. Mars products are cosmetics intended to care for the appearance of skin, hair and scalp. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
