What is the minimum order quantity?

Exosome Lab products start from one box. Full-range formulas start from 48 or 50 pieces for most creams, serums, cleansers, toners and body care; masks and patches start from larger runs (2,000–30,000 pieces). The exact MOQ and price tiers are shown on every product page.

Can I sell the products under my own brand?

Yes. Every formula can be supplied under your label. OEM and ODM orders cover your logo, box and label artwork, label languages and packaging options, with a digital proof for approval before production.

Are the prices on the website final?

No. They are indicative EXW prices in US dollars by quantity tier, taken from our current price lists. Packaging customization, freight and duties are confirmed in your quotation.

Can I mix products from different ranges in one order?

Yes. One quotation can combine exosome serums, face care, body, hair and fragrance formulas, each at its own MOQ, shipped together with one set of documents.

Which documents can you supply?

MSDS and COA per batch on request, and the full INCI ingredient list for label and registration work. Market-specific documents such as EU CPNP notification are discussed and confirmed for each order.

What does “fresh-activated” mean for exosome products?

Each exosome set has a freeze-dried (lyophilized) powder and a separate activator liquid. They are mixed only at the moment of use, so the active stays stable on the shelf and is fresh when applied.

How long is the shelf life?

Most formulas have a shelf life of three years unopened. The exact figure is shown on each product page and printed on the batch label.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are packed for air freight, express or sea freight and shipped with their documents. We confirm the route and lead time in your quotation.
